Chad X. Slater is a life-long resident of Houston, Texas. He is a proud graduate of Prairie View A & M University where he earned a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering and minored in Mathematics. Even in his younger days he excelled as a proven leader.

As an honor student, he was the senior class vice president, team captain of his high school basketball team, as well as the chapter vice president of the Delta Theta Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. In Corporate America, he has held prestigious positions as a Nuclear Engineer, DSP Engineer, as well as a Project Manager of a major utility company. In the Fall of 2000 he realized his passion for real estate. He would often find himself viewing million-dollar estates as a hobby.

Along with his desire to help people and his love for real estate, he began to take the necessary steps to earn his real estate license. Within three months he became licensed, producing $2 million in sales his first year. Attributes enhanced while in Corporate America have influenced his managerial and people skills.
